We are looking for a Site and Production Manager to our new manufacturing operation in Alabama, USA.
Operations will start in January 2025 with the occupation of a site in Chunchula (AL), the installation of steel processing equipment (cutting/CNC machining/grinding/welding/blasting and painting) and the training of staff.
We are seeking individuals to join the team for this exciting new venture. The organization will start small but then grow substantially over the next few years as new customers are added.
Duties include:
- Key role in the management and development of the business in USA
- Ensure the safe operation on the site
- Understand the set-up of the factory processes, subsequently refining and developing the operations
- Train and manage the production team
- Lead the planned and reactive maintenance activities
The possibility to travel to parent company in Sweden for training would be an advantage.
