We are now looking for an Area Manager who wants to take full responsibility for production while making a real impact on both people and results.

Your Role – Where Leadership Meets Results

As an Area Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that production within your area operates efficiently, safely, and with high quality. You lead daily operations, ensure optimal workflow, and drive improvements that strengthen delivery precision and profitability.

You are a present and engaged leader who:

• • Plans, prioritizes, and allocates work based on operational goals • Leads daily pulse meetings and follows up on KPIs and results • Ensures high quality, a safe work environment, and compliance with safety regulations • Drives continuous improvement initiatives, projects, and development of working methods • Follows up on deviations and preventive maintenance • Is responsible for staffing, performance reviews, and competence development

You are part of the operational production management team and report to the Production Manager. Together, you create structure, clarity, and momentum in the organization.

Who You Are

We are looking for a confident and clear leader with experience from a production environment and prior people management responsibility.

You:

• Are engaged, communicative, and inclusive in your leadership
• Have the ability to translate goals into concrete actions
• Identify improvement potential and drive change with a results-oriented mindset
• Have a strong understanding of work environment, safety, and environmental standards
• Work in a goal-driven and process-oriented manner

Experience with D365 or other ERP systems is an advantage.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
