Many wind farms are located in remote and hard-to-reach areas. To meet our customers’ unique needs and supply chain requirements, we offer flexible solutions. Customers can choose pre-assembled foundation components in sections, complete “flat packs” with all parts included, or separate packages with anchor rings in any size. We also manage transportation directly to the wind farm, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
Ready-to-Install Anchor Cages for Quick and Safe Assembly
We offer multiple delivery options for our anchor cage solutions. Many customers prefer pre-assembled anchor cages for easier and faster installation at the wind farm. These ready-mounted sections save valuable time during foundation assembly and contribute to a safer working environment for installation crews.
Anchor Cages Tailored to All Dimensions
Our pre-assembled anchor cages provide stable and secure anchoring for wind turbines installed in soil. We manufacture anchor cages for gravity foundations in all sizes, customizing each cage to fit the specific wind turbine and ground conditions. For turbines anchored in mixed terrain—where bedrock is covered by soil—the anchor cage is smaller than a standard gravity foundation and is complemented by long bolts that extend deep into the rock for added stability.
The anchor cage is composed of two steel rings—a bottom anchor ring and a top template ring—secured together by numerous bolts. The cage is cast into concrete, leaving only the threaded bolt tops exposed, which serve as the mounting points for the turbine tower.

Working closely with top bolt manufacturers, we provide our customers with fully assembled, installation-ready foundation solutions that save time and ensure reliable performance.

We also offer anchor cages as ready-to-assemble "flat pack" kits, delivered directly to wind farms or customers’ warehouses. This flexible delivery option is tailored to meet each customer’s needs, ensuring easy and seamless integration into their supply chain.
Anchor rings
In addition to our comprehensive anchoring solutions for all types of land-based wind turbines, we also supply individual steel anchor rings for seamless integration into your supply chain. Our production facility is equipped to handle large, complex components, managing the entire manufacturing process—from cutting, drilling, milling, blasting, and welding to advanced surface treatments like corrosion-protective thermal spraying of anchor rings.
With SSAB as our immediate neighbor in Oxelösund, we minimize transportation times for materials used in manufacturing the rings. Coupled with our efficient production process, this enables us to significantly shorten lead times for anchor cage delivery.
