Proplate provides welding services for steel components tailored to heavy industries. Our capabilities include MIG and MAG welding, automated welding with state-of-the-art IGM robotic systems, as well as skilled manual welding.
At our cutting-edge facility, we offer both automated welding using IGM robotic systems and skilled manual welding services for steel components.
We are certified according to EN 1090-1 and ISO 3834-2, ensuring all our welded components meet the highest quality requirements.
Bevel Cutting as a Preparatory Process
As part of our comprehensive production chain, we perform bevel cutting on components requiring welding directly in the cutting machine, utilizing both oxy-fuel and plasma technologies. This approach significantly reduces production time by completing weld preparation during cutting, enabling us to deliver high-quality welded components with short lead times.
End-to-End Steel Component Manufacturing
As a key part of our integrated production chain, we provide the full process—from cutting and welding to painting and delivery. We manufacture assembly-ready steel components and deliver them directly to our customers’ production lines. Our modern facility is optimized for large-scale production of complex steel components, enabling us to meet specific customer requirements with shorter lead times and superior quality.
