Whistleblowing System at Proplate

To submit a report, click “Submit report here” and complete the report form with as much detail as you feel comfortable providing. It is entirely up to you how much information you choose to share. There is no obligation to provide personal information, and you will remain anonymous throughout the process.

Once a report has been submitted, the designated contacts at our external provider will receive it and conduct an initial assessment to determine whether it falls within the scope of the whistleblowing system. If so, the report will be assigned a unique case number, which you will receive along with a verification code. You can use this verification code to provide additional information or to follow up on the status of your case. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within seven days and provide feedback within 90 days

As a company, we are required to inform you that with a whistleblowing solution in place, you may be mentioned in a report. This could be as an alleged offender, alleged victim, witness, or in another role. As stated above, you remain anonymous if you are the reporting party.
