Assembly Services That Create Added Value for Our Customers
Our assembly services reflect our commitment to adding value to our customers’ production chains. We assemble and weld all types of heavy plate components—from tension bars up to 17 meters long for lifting cranes to anchor cages for wind turbine foundations.
Pre-Assembled Components to Reduce Lead Times
We provide both assembly services and automated as well as manual welding for steel components
Our pre-assembled solutions simplify installation for our customers. Rather than assembling parts in their own facilities, at subcontractors, or on-site—as with anchor cages for wind turbine foundations—we deliver fully assembled units. This service helps our customers save time and reduce costs, allowing them to focus on their core business.
At our 59,000 m² facility, we have extensive capacity to assemble large and heavy steel components. For example, we assemble half of all booms—including tension bars—that we manufacture Liebherr's lifting cranes. For our wind power customers, we deliver many anchor cages in pre-assembled sections, reducing valuable on-site working time and enhancing safety during the installation of wind turbine foundations.
