High-Quality Surface Treatment for Steel Components
We provide in-house priming and coating for your steel parts and assemblies. Our tailored coating solutions for industrial steel components include spray painting and thermal spraying (zinc coating), ensuring long-lasting corrosion protection and optimal performance.
Extensive Painting Capacity
We operate an advanced painting facility that delivers fast and efficient surface treatment for heavy plate and other steel components. Our five painting and drying chambers accommodate components up to 20 meters long and 7 meters wide—offering a significant advantage to customers in heavy industries.
To ensure flawless results, we manually paint our steel components using the latest Wagner technology. We use both water-based and solvent-based coatings with high and low-pressure pumps, employing airless, airmix, and electrostatic application techniques.
All our painting chambers are equipped with built-in floor extraction systems and efficient filters, ensuring top-quality paint finishes with minimal environmental impact and a safe working environment.
Zinc Coating – Thermal Spraying for Corrosion Protection
We also offer thermal spraying for zinc coating steel components, providing effective protection against rust and corrosion. This treatment is especially important for parts exposed to extreme weather and stress, such as wind turbine components and other industrial parts requiring long-term protection in harsh environments.
Sustainable and Environmentally Responsible Production
To promote sustainable and environmentally friendly surface treatment, we’ve implemented a recycling system for both paint and solvent waste. This helps us minimize our environmental footprint.
