Proplate's production facility in Oxelösund is one of the world's most modern facilities, spanning 59,000 m². Located adjacent to SSAB, we have direct access to world-class steel. Plasma and Oxyfuel Cutting
- 7 Messer cutting machines with cutting tables up to 42 meters long and 5 meters wide.
- Underwater cutting capabilities for improved working environment and reduced heat-affected zone (HAZ).
High-Precision CNC Machining
- 11 CNC machines, including one of Europe's largest bed mills from REMA.
- Capacity to process components up to 17,000 mm with 4-axis precision.
Robotic and Manual Welding
- Automated and manual welding systems.
- Certified according to EN1090-1 and ISO 3834-2 for the highest standards.
Blasting
- Two through-feed machines for components up to 20 meters long.
- Two hydraulic straightening presses for perfect shaping.
Painting Facility
- Five wet coating booths with efficient filtration for high-quality surface finishing.
- Environmentally friendly technology for minimal impact and safe working conditions.
Thermal Zinc Coating
- Two booths for grit blasting and zinc metallization, perfect for corrosion protection.
Component Assembly
- Assembly station for bolt cage sections and high-strength braces.
- Direct delivery into the customer's production chain for shorter lead times.
