Proplate deepens collaboration with Japanese Kobelco
Proplate has signed a new, long-term collaboration agreement with Kobelco, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of crawler cranes. At today’s meeting at Kobelco in Hiroshima, the development of continued collaboration between the companies was discussed.
Already in 2012 Kobelco chose Proplate as a supplier when the company began converting its crawler crane manufacturing for export from cables to straps.
“It is gratifying that we can take our collaboration one step farther”, said Max Björk, Proplate CEO. “It is a recognition of the quality of our deliveries.”
As confidence has grown, the number of deliveries from Proplate to the Japanese crane manufacturer has increased. CEO Björk sees the new contract as a natural consequence of the successful collaboration.
